Becoming a veterinarian has been my dream for as long as I can remember. One of my first—and favourite—Christmas presents was a vet play kit for kids. Growing up, I was surrounded by animals. Whether I was trying to teach our family dogs to become “Superdogs” or staying at the barn long after my riding lessons, animals quickly became my happy place. My family always made sure to book vet appointments outside of school hours so I could be there, learn, and be inspired by those I looked up to.

After completing my Animal Biology BSc at the University of Guelph, I was thrilled to see my dream come true when I was accepted to the Ontario Veterinary College. I’m excited to continue my journey as a veterinarian and provide exceptional care to my patients. General practice fulfills my passion for building lasting, supportive relationships with both patients and their owners.

Outside of work, you can find me spending time with my partner, family, and friends. I adopted a dog named Koda during my second year of undergrad, and she’s by my side for everything—whether it’s reading, watching tv, playing games, or especially when I’m cooking with my partner. I also love horseback riding, swimming, and exploring my artistic side with various creative mediums.

I’m thrilled to be a part of the Mitchell Animal Hospital team and look forward to collaborating with such a talented group of professionals to provide the best care for our amazing patients and clients!
