It was a cat that changed Leslea's life!  Leslea worked as a Criminal Legal Assistant in her first career.  Leslea became ill and a cat purred her through her darkest days until she was healthy again.  This is when she knew how important pets are and that she wanted to give back.  It was then, that she switched careers to Veterinary Medicine.  

After 10 years working in the Veterinary industry, Leslea joined Mitchell Animal Hospital in 2023.  Leslea has 3 cats and a Golden Retriever and enjoys reading, yoga and spending time with her pets.
