Amanda has always loved animals but found her passion in caring for patients when her family dog would need monitoring or treatments and learned from the technicians that helped in his care. She graduated from Northern College in 2019 and obtained her registration that same year. Amanda has moved around southern Ontario searching for the right hospital to explore new passions and expand on ones she already has. Along her journey she has spent time working with reproductive and exotic animal clinics. Amanda has a passion for inpatient nursing care, in-home euthanasias and hematology. 

Amanda lives in Kitchener but spends most of her time traveling to see friends and family. In her spare time she enjoys exploring the outdoors or relaxing at home with her Mudi named Jasper.
