A graduate of OVC 1977, Dr. Dawson has been with Mitchell Animal Hospital Since 1977.  Dr. Dawson also has her Penn HIPP certification from Pensylvania State University

Pets: 2 cats and 1 dog.

Interests: Cardiology and  Ophthalmology.

 
 

Dr. Gerald Gyorffy

A graduate of OVC 1995, Dr. Gyorffy joined the Mitchell Animal Hospital staff in 1995.  Dr. Gyorffy also holds a zoology degree from the University of Guelph.

Pets: 3 cats and 2 birds.

Interests: Orthopedic Surgery and Endoscopy.

An OVC 1997 graduate, Dr. Burland has been at Mitchell Animal Hospital since 1997.

Pets: 1 dog and 1 cat.

Interests: Ultrasonography,  Dentistry and Anesthesiology.

Dr. Kevin Waddell

 Dr. Waddell joined the Mitchell Animal Hospital team in 2007 and is a graduate of the OVC class of 2005.

Pets: 1 dog, 1 cat and fish

Interests: Dentistry and Geriatric medicine

Dr. Shannon Gowland

 Dr. Gowland is our newest member of the Mitchell team.  She is a graduate of the OVC class of 1995 and has been with Mitchell animal hospital since 2008.
