The care of a pet in the hospital is imperative to both its comfort and recovery. Our staff is trained in providing care through monitoring, examination and testing with a multitude of diagnostic procedures.  Nutritional or intravenous fluid support is also frequently utilized to assist in a patient's recovery.  

Just as important as all the professional and high-tech care is the tender loving care provided by our kennel attendants.  Our TLC may include a hand-knit blanket or a hot water bottle, the extra effort to find a food that will be eaten or even the time to hand-feed a patient. It is often that little extra effort that provides comfort and enhances the will to a speedy recovery and return to good health.

For their peace of mind and stress reduction, cats are hospitalized in a ward separate from the dogs. For patients that may be contagious, we provide an isolation area that operates as a separate unit. The air from this room exhausts from the building independently.
